Your company just finished a job at my home (10537 Irving Court in Westminster) and I just wanted to tell you how impressed I was with everyone that works for you. My wife and I arrived at our home after work to discover that our basement was completely flooded. We called your company and Mike Sparks came over within the hour and had everything under control. He called a team of guys to come over (Nick and his crew - they were fantastic as well) and start the dry out process. They worked until after 11 that night to get the water out of the basement and to place fans inside the home. Mike waited around until the crew arrived at the house and just made a terrible situation very manageable for my wife and I. Darin Oetken was the project manager for the repairs in the house and we were very impressed with him as well. We had two minor situations with and electrician not showing up on time and with another contractor not coming on the day he was supposed to because of a problem they had on another site. I called Mike for the electrician and Darin for the contractor and the problem was resolved in less then 30 minutes for each case.
